On July 8th 2025, Vanprastha Foundation organized a Free Medical & Dental Camp in collaboration with BUDS, bringing essential healthcare services directly to the local community.
Held from 9 AM to 12 noon, the camp witnessed active participation from villagers who often face limited access to quality medical facilities due to geographical challenges.

Insights from the Mountain Side
An insightful observation made by the doctors highlighted the unique benefits of mountain life — lower stress levels, reduced incidence of diabetes, and fewer heart-related conditions.
However, many cases involved untreated injuries and manageable conditions like sugar imbalances, emphasizing the need for timely medical attention and awareness.
The Spirit of Seva
The initiative concluded on a heartwarming note with a traditional bhandara, where villagers and volunteers came together to share a wholesome meal.
This not only strengthened community bonds but also reflected the spirit of seva that defines Vanprastha Foundation. Through such initiatives, we continue to bridge healthcare gaps while fostering a culture of care, awareness, and community well-being.
